We will explain the painting steps, answer questions in a meeting with Board Members. “We give you options”.
#3 Free Color Consultation
Our in-house colorist, Paul, helps you with color selections on all complete jobs. We apply paints to walls for residents to view before green-lighting color choices.
#4 Scheduling - Hassel Free
Coordination of schedules w/ property management and posting 3 sets of schedules allows owners to be apprised of the timeline and progress for each stage of work.
#5 Professional Painters
Painters are easily identifiable with Blue Turtle Painting logo clothing. We provide a locked job box on-site for equipment, bilingual building schedules, colors, posted inside job box for all the painters to see. Job debris are discarded daily.

#6 Restoration Services
Blue Turtle Painting saves you costs in a variety of ways. On one HOA project, we restored columns and saved owners over two hundred thousand dollars!! As part of our commitment to the environment, we offer Title-24 compliant high technology, coatings to restore and maintain building envelopes and roofs.
In addition we include the following in our project protocol:
1. Low sheen vs. flat paints.
2. Special neutralizers/rust preventative primers, to stop rust.
3. Replacing nails w/ spiral shank non-lifting nails.
4. Dig away dirt around foundations, paint and replace dirt against foundation.
5. Hand scrubbing dirt deposits not just power washing, when cleaning buildings.
6. Two full coats of paint applied followed by back-rolling for superior surface adhesion
#7 Warranties On Products
We offer you two types: Labor Warranty If any problems arise with the paint, e.g., bubbling or cracking, we fix it for free during the lifetime of the warranty period. Material Warranty – In a manufacturer material warranty they will supply paint if the paint failure is due to their product.
#8 Power Wash Premium Services
In our Restoration premium bids – we return after 2 ½ - 3 years to clean all buildings and inspect our work, make any repairs AND you get a written report of what we find.
#9 Comprehensive Painting Services
We label all paints used on your project for future usage if needed. Adequate paint is left behind for Homeowner touch-ups. Color charts are printed out for Homeowners. Job records kept at our offices, for any future questions. Upon job completion, we produce a written sign-off sheet for each building, which either a representative from the HOA can sign or we will. It also lists anything we weren’t able to complete like doors edges due to residents not being home.

All calls, reports or complaints are entered into the work folder for the job so that anyone who takes your call can see the history of it.
